１９７３年生まれ。幼少の頃から家にある大量のレコードを聴いて育つ。１４才で、ギターを始める。１８才頃から兄に貰った４ｔｒｘテープレコーダーで録音を始める。バンド"Both Cheese"で、vocal, guitar、作詞、作曲をし、ベトナム、USA.Australia,ツアー、Fuji Rock Festivalに出演。現在も活動している。　

２０１３年New OrleansのCheckPointCharlieで、初ソロアコースティックライブを行い、現在までに、Scene#1(Yogoh Records), Cassette Tape and ME (Union Pole), Scene#3 (Union Pole),#4(Kirigirisurecordings, Unionpole.Gertrudetapes USA )とソロアルバムをリリースし、ソロライブ活動を行っている。

Born in 1973, Tetsu Mineta grew up listening to numerous records at home. He started playing guitar at 14 and started recording around 18, using a 4 track tape recorder that was given to him by his brother. He plays guitar, sings and writes songs and lyrics for the band Both Cheese who have toured Vietnam, the USA and Australia. They also played at the Fuji Rock Festival and are still going today.

His first solo acoustic gig was at Check Point Charlie in New Orleans in 2013. He has released Scene#1(Yogoh Records), Cassette Tape and ME (Union Pole), and Scene#3 (Union Pole)#4 (Unionpole,Gertrude tapes USA,Kirigirisurecordings)
